  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 200g asparagus
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup quinoa (90g)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
