Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef
- 1 cup corn
- 2 medium potatoes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 large tomato, diced

Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Place them in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
- While the potatoes are cooking, heat a skillet on the stove top over medium heat.
- Add the diced red onion and cook until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the corn, chopped green onions, and diced tomato. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Once the potatoes are done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out some of the potato flesh to create a small well, and mix it with the beef and corn mixture.
- Stuff the beef and corn mixture into the potato halves and serve hot.
