Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup Curd (Yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Mint, chopped
  • 2 Spring Onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Instructions:
