Instructions:

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  • Crisp the cooked bacon and chop it into small pieces.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes, halved, and the chopped parsley into the bowl with the avocado.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything gently until well combined.
