Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 100g of oats
- 50g of honey
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add the oats, honey, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas.
- Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated and you have a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
