High Protein Creamy Garlic Beef Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 300g of beef strips
  • 250g of pasta
  • 200ml of heavy cream
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 50g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Wooden Spoon

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until             fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Add the beef strips to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat, pour in the heavy cream, and stir to combine. Let it simmer for a minute.
  • Add the cooked pasta and grated Parmesan cheese to the pan. Mix well until the pasta is coated in the creamy sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
