Quick Peach Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces

  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a bowl, combine sliced peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well until the peaches are coated.
  • Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish and pour the peach mixture into the crust.
  • Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  • Cover with another pie crust or leave it open-faced, as desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
