Keto Healthy Oatmeal Pancake


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (or preferred sweetener)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk
  • Non-stick skillet
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, erythritol, and salt.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if necessary.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  • Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
