  • 50g dark chocolate chips

  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
  • Add oats, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips gently into the mixture.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping them into cookie shapes.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
