Ingredients:
- 200g of Greek yogurt
- 100g of mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 100g of brewed coffee (cooled)
- 4 whole grain ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mascarpone cheese, honey, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger in the cooled brewed coffee for a few seconds until slightly softened.
- In serving glasses, layer the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by a layer of the yogurt mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the yogurt mixture on top.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder over the top layer as a finishing touch and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
