Healthy Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  • 200g of Greek yogurt
  • 100g of mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 100g of brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 4 whole grain ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mascarpone cheese, honey, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
  • Dip each ladyfinger in the cooled brewed coffee for a few seconds until slightly softened.
  • In serving glasses, layer the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by a layer of the yogurt mixture.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the yogurt mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle cocoa powder over the top layer as a finishing touch and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
