- 4 oz sliced turkey breast
- 1 large lettuce leaf (for wrapping)
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Lay the lettuce leaf flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the lettuce leaf.
- Layer the turkey slices on top of the mayonnaise.
- Add the sliced avocado, cucumber, and bell pepper on top of the turkey.
- Drizzle olive oil over the veggies and season with salt and pepper.
- Carefully roll the lettuce leaf to form a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Slice the wrap in half and serve.
