Keto Turkey Wrap with Veggies

 

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1 large lettuce leaf (for wrapping)
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Spoon

Instructions:

  • Lay the lettuce leaf flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the lettuce leaf.
  • Layer the turkey slices on top of the mayonnaise.
  • Add the sliced avocado, cucumber, and bell pepper on top of the turkey.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the veggies and season with salt and pepper.
  • Carefully roll the lettuce leaf to form a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve.
