Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced (approximately 75g)
  • 1/2 cup zucchini, sliced (approximately 60g)
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced (approximately 40g)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (approximately 30g)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (approximately 15g)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced (approximately 5g)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced (approximately 5g)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
