  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions:

  • Slice chicken breasts into thinner cutlets for quicker cooking.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

  • Dip each chicken cutlet in the egg mixture, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a light coat of oil.
  • Place the coated chicken cutlets in the pan, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
