Ingredients:

  • 200g firm tofu
  • 100g bell peppers, sliced
  • 100g broccoli florets
  • 50g carrots, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pan
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the pan.
  • Stir-fry the vegetables with the tofu for about 5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  • Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
