Ingredients:
- 200g firm tofu
- 100g bell peppers, sliced
- 100g broccoli florets
- 50g carrots, julienned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots to the pan.
- Stir-fry the vegetables with the tofu for about 5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
