🍋🍗 Savoring Lemon Garlic Chicken with Mushrooms 🍗🍋

 



Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts (about 500g)
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 200g mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • In a skillet on the stove top, heat a little olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the sautéed mushrooms to a baking dish and place the marinated chicken breasts on top.
  • Pour any remaining marinade over the chicken and mushrooms.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
