Ingredients:

  • 200g of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 100g of almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 50g of cream cheese
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 50g of pepperoni slices
  • 100g of sugar-free pizza sauce
  • 50g of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing Bowl

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, cream cheese, egg, and baking powder to form a dough.
  • Spread the dough onto the baking sheet to form a pizza base, then bake in the preheated oven for 3 minutes until slightly golden.
  • Remove the base from the oven, spread a layer of sugar-free pizza sauce over the top, and then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
  • Top with slices of pepperoni and return to the oven for another 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the pepperoni is slightly crispy.
