Ingredients:
- 200g of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100g of almond flour
- 1 large egg
- 50g of cream cheese
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 50g of pepperoni slices
- 100g of sugar-free pizza sauce
- 50g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of Italian seasoning

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, almond flour, cream cheese, egg, and baking powder to form a dough.
- Spread the dough onto the baking sheet to form a pizza base, then bake in the preheated oven for 3 minutes until slightly golden.
- Remove the base from the oven, spread a layer of sugar-free pizza sauce over the top, and then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Top with slices of pepperoni and return to the oven for another 2 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the pepperoni is slightly crispy.
