🥩🥦🍚 "Beef and Vegetable Rice Bowl" 🥕🌶️🍚

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g of rice
  • 300g of beef
  • 30ml of olive oil
  • 1 large tomato
  • 100g of cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 100g of beetroot
  • 2 eggs

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a bowl, marinate the beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
  • Chop the onion, tomato, cabbage, carrot, and beetroot into small pieces.
  • Using the air fryer, cook the marinated beef for about 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F) until fully cooked.
  • In a stove top pan, heat a small amount of olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
  • Add the chopped tomato, cabbage, carrot, and beetroot to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Once the vegetables are done, you can scramble the eggs in a separate small pan until they are fully cooked.
  • Combine the cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, and beef in a bowl, then top with the scrambled eggs.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious beef and vegetable rice bowl.
