Ingredients:
- 200g of rice
- 300g of beef
- 30ml of olive oil
- 1 large tomato
- 100g of cabbage
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 onion
- 100g of beetroot
- 2 eggs

Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
- Chop the onion, tomato, cabbage, carrot, and beetroot into small pieces.
- Using the air fryer, cook the marinated beef for about 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F) until fully cooked.
- In a stove top pan, heat a small amount of olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the chopped tomato, cabbage, carrot, and beetroot to the pan and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Once the vegetables are done, you can scramble the eggs in a separate small pan until they are fully cooked.
- Combine the cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, and beef in a bowl, then top with the scrambled eggs.
- Serve hot and enjoy your nutritious beef and vegetable rice bowl.
