🌶️ Spicy Chickpea Salad 🥗

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g of canned chickpeas
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes
  • 50g of cucumber
  • 30g of red onion
  • 10g of fresh coriander
  • 30ml of olive oil
  • 15ml of lemon juice
  • 1g of salt
  • 2g of black pepper
  • 1g of chili powder

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Mixing bowl
  • Chopping board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into small pieces and add them to the bowl with chickpeas.
  • Finely chop the fresh coriander and add it to the salad mixture.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili powder to create a dressing.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
