Ingredients:

  • 200g Beef (ground)
  • 150g Noodles (egg noodles)
  • 100g Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Beef broth

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet on the stove top, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  • Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  • Place the baking dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
