Ingredients:
- 200g Beef (ground)
- 150g Noodles (egg noodles)
- 100g Cheese (shredded)
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup Beef broth
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Microwave Oven
- Air Fryer
- Stove Top
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet on the stove top, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the baking dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
