Ingredients:

  • 500g Beef, minced
  • 200g Noodles
  • 150g Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (300g) Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 200g Wild Rice, cooked

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Microwave Oven
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook the wild rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  • In a skillet on the stove top, brown the minced beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the cream of mushroom soup to the cooked beef and stir until well combined. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • In a separate pot, cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, noodles, and beef mixture. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and cook the dish for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
