🍗🥬 Turkey and Cabbage Penne Pasta 🥬🍗


 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  • Add the shredded green and red cabbage to the skillet with the turkey. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  • Pour in the marinara sauce and stir to combine. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional marinara sauce if desired.
