- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded

Instructions:
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add the shredded green and red cabbage to the skillet with the turkey. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
- Pour in the marinara sauce and stir to combine. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and mix everything together. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional marinara sauce if desired.
