🌶🍗 Stuffed Bell Peppers with Chicken and Cauliflower 🍗🌶


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 large Bell Peppers
  • 300g Chicken Breast, diced
  • 200g Cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Blender
  • Food Processor

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a bowl, mix the diced chicken breast with chopped cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  • Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken and cauliflower mixture.
  • Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • If using cheese, remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
