- 2 large Bell Peppers
- 300g Chicken Breast, diced
- 200g Cauliflower, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Shredded Cheese (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix the diced chicken breast with chopped cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the chicken and cauliflower mixture.
- Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- If using cheese, remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
