🥬🦃 Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with Ground Turkey and Red Rice 🦃🥬

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 2 cups red cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup red rice, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground turkey, cooked red rice, and chopped green and red cabbage. Mix well.
  • Take a large cabbage leaf, place a generous amount of the turkey mixture in the center, and roll it up tightly. Repeat with remaining leaves and filling.
  • Place the stuffed cabbage rolls seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the top.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the tops.
