Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 2 cups red cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup red rice, cooked
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground turkey, cooked red rice, and chopped green and red cabbage. Mix well.
- Take a large cabbage leaf, place a generous amount of the turkey mixture in the center, and roll it up tightly. Repeat with remaining leaves and filling.
- Place the stuffed cabbage rolls seam-side down in a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to brown the tops.
