Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Add 1/4 cup of melted butter and 3/4 cup of milk to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon with 1/4 cup of brown sugar, then sprinkle over the dough.
- Roll the dough into a tight log and cut into 6-8 pieces.
- Place the pieces on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Once baked, dust with icing sugar before serving.
