🐟 Herb-Crusted Salmon with Zesty Lemon Dill Sauce 🍋

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of salmon fillets (200g each)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill, chopped

  • Spatula
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Measuring Spoon

Instructions:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, minced garlic, thyme, and basil.
  • Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the hot pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  • Gently flip the fillets and cook for another 5-7 minutes on the other side until cooked through.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine lemon juice and fresh dill to make the sauce.
  • Serve the salmon warm, drizzled with the lemon dill sauce.
