- 1 Avocado, diced
- 500g Organic Chicken, cubed
- 100g Ham, diced
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed organic chicken, diced ham, chopped onion, minced garlic, and olive oil. Mix well to coat the chicken and ham evenly.
- Add the spinach, diced cucumber, chopped celery, sliced carrot, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded cabbage to the bowl. Toss everything together until well combined.
- Pour in the white wine and mix again to ensure all ingredients are coated with the liquid.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- While the dish is baking, prepare the avocado by dicing it and setting it aside.
- Once the dish is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Top with diced avocado before serving.
