Ingredients:
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 100g Feta Cheese
- 100g Ham, diced
- 1 large Tomato, diced
- 2 large Eggs
- 50g Flour
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Microwave Oven
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a little bit of the flesh to create a larger cavity.
- In a bowl, mix the diced ham, diced tomato, crumbled feta cheese, and flour until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the ham and cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
- Drizzle the inside of the avocado halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill each avocado half with the ham and cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed avocados on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the eggs are set.
