🥑 Feta and Ham Stuffed Avocado 🧀🍖

 



Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe Avocados
  • 100g Feta Cheese
  • 100g Ham, diced
  • 1 large Tomato, diced
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 50g Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Microwave Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop out a little bit of the flesh to create a larger cavity.
  • In a bowl, mix the diced ham, diced tomato, crumbled feta cheese, and flour until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the ham and cheese mixture. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
  • Drizzle the inside of the avocado halves with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fill each avocado half with the ham and cheese mixture.
  • Place the stuffed avocados on a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the eggs are set.
