- 150g Tofu, cubed
- 100g Shiitake Mushroom, sliced
- 150g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the sliced shiitake mushrooms and shrimp, cooking until the shrimp turns pink, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the bok choy and soy sauce, stir-frying for another 1-2 minutes until the bok choy is wilted but still vibrant green.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
