Ingredients:
- 2 fillets of salmon (approximately 200g each)
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions:
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet skin-side down.
- Cook the salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the avocado salsa by combining the diced avocado, red onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Once the salmon is done, serve it topped with the fresh avocado salsa.
