🌻 Garden Fresh: Vegetable Medley with Sunflower Oil 🥕


 

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Pan
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Wash and chop the tomatoes, bell pepper, potatoes, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a pan, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they become translucent.
  • Add the cubed potatoes to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Once the potatoes begin to soften, add the chopped bell pepper and tomatoes to the mixture.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, stirring everything together.
  • Cover the pan and let it simmer for another 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are tender and flavors meld together.
  • Once cooked, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then remove from heat.
