- 4 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas)

- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder

- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions:
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rice and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for about 15 minutes until water is absorbed.
- While the rice is cooking, heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add garlic powder and ginger powder to the vegetables, and stir well.
- Pour in the soy sauce and mix everything until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once the rice is ready, fluff it with a fork and serve it alongside the stir-fried vegetables.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
