🔥 Spicy Pav Bhaji Bonanza: A Flavorful Delight from the Streets of India 🇮🇳

 

Ingredients:

  • 250g of mixed vegetables (potatoes, carrots, peas, capsicum)
  • 50g of butter
  • 100g of pav (bread rolls)
  • 50g of onion, finely chopped
  • 30g of tomato, chopped
  • 10g of ginger-garlic paste
  • 15g of pav bhaji masala
  • 5g of red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Blender
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Boil the mixed vegetables in water until soft, then drain and set aside.
  • In a blender, blend the boiled vegetables to a smooth consistency.
  • In a pan on the stove, heat the butter over medium heat, add the chopped onions, and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add the ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes; cook until the tomatoes soften.
  • Stir in the blended vegetable mixture and add pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Toast the pav on the stove with some butter until golden brown.
  • Serve the bhaji hot, garnished with fresh coriander, alongside the buttered pav.
