🍗 "Savory Delight: Baked Chicken with Roasted Potatoes and Carrots 🥔🥕

 

Ingredients:

  • 500g of Chicken
  • 300g of Potatoes
  • 200g of Carrots
  • 150g of Onions

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top
  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • Start by chopping the onions, carrots, and potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a pressure cooker, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat on the stove top.
  • Add the chopped onions to the pressure cooker and sauté until they become translucent.
  • Next, add the chicken pieces to the pot, browning them on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is browned, add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the pot.
  • Pour in enough water to submerge the ingredients, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Once cooked, allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
  • Open the lid, stir the contents, and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
