Ingredients:

  • 200g of whole wheat tortilla
  • 150g of hummus
  • 100g of mixed bell peppers, diced
  • 100g of cucumbers, sliced
  • 50g of spinach leaves
  • 30g of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 10g of olive oil
  • 5g of lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Microvawe Oven
  • Blender
  • Food Processor
  • Air Fryer
  • Stove Top
  • Slow Cooker
  • Pressure Cooker

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  • Spread the hummus evenly on the whole wheat tortilla.
  • In a food processor, blend the diced bell peppers, cucumbers, spinach, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spread the blended mixture over the hummus on the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the blended veggies.
  • Carefully roll the tortilla into a wrap and place it in the air fryer for 3 minutes to crisp up.
  • Remove the wrap from the air fryer, slice it in half, and serve immediately.
