Quick Healthy Tasty Breakfast




A quick and high-protein breakfast recipe. Good to start your day with a lot of energy! A complete and balanced meal that contains high-fiber whole grains, fresh fruit, and lean proteins for sustained energy throughout the day. This could be overnight oats in a bowl with berries and nuts, or a smoothie made of spinach, banana, and protein powder (my faves) aka green shake to avocado toast on hearty bread topped by eggs 🍳 This is a fast food version which produced quick but tasty meals mostly mashable heaven! This makes it the perfect savory breakfast to start your day with – a lean tasty protein meal that satisfies… mmm totally yum and will keep you going until lunch 


ingredients


  1⁄2   Avocado, diced

   1⁄2  Cup low-fat cottage cheese

   1⁄2 Cup blueberries (thawed if frozen)



directions

  • Mix ingredients gently in a bowl.
  • Eat and enjoy!
