Ingredients:

  • 200g of gluten-free flour
  • 150g of oats
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 300ml of water
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of herbs (optional)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Blender
  • Food Processor
  • Air Fryer

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a blender, process the oats until they reach a fine flour consistency.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, blended oats, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
  • If desired, add herbs to the dough for extra flavor and mix well.
  • Divide the dough into small portions and roll each one into a flat circular shape.
  • Place the flatbreads onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
