- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 300ml of water
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of herbs (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a blender, process the oats until they reach a fine flour consistency.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, blended oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- If desired, add herbs to the dough for extra flavor and mix well.
- Divide the dough into small portions and roll each one into a flat circular shape.
- Place the flatbreads onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
