Keto Bacon Breakfast Rolls





Ingredients

 12 uncured bacon strips

  12 large eggs

 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded



Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line spray with oil in a muffin pan.

Place each strip of bacon in a muffin tin, wrapping it into a circle.

Add one egg inside the bacon cup and bake for 12 minutes or until cooked.

Sprinkle with the cheese and broil for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tin for at least 5 minutes to maintain structure.
