🥦🐟 Seasonal Vegetable Medley with Dorade Sebaste 🐟🥦

 



Ingredients:

  • 20 fillets of Dorade Sebaste (about 150g each)
  • 2 kg of seasonal vegetables (zucchini, bell peppers, asparagus, and carrots)
  • 500g of cherry tomatoes
  • 200ml of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Large baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Measuring spoons
  • Oven

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine the seasonal vegetables, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  • Spread the vegetable mixture on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Place the Dorade Sebaste fillets on top of the vegetables, skin side down. Season the fish with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and serve the fish alongside the roasted vegetables.
