- 200g of cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 100g of oats
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs, and whisk until well blended.
- Add the oats, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture, stirring until combined.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a little oil.
- Pour half of the batter onto the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make the second pancake. Serve warm.
