Ingredients:
- 500g Mussels
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 50g Butter
- 4 slices of Bread
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pot on the stove top, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the mussels to the pot and stir well to coat them in the butter mixture.
- Cover the pot and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened up.
- While the mussels are cooking, place the bread slices on a baking tray and toast them in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Once the mussels are cooked, remove them from heat and discard any that did not open.
- Serve the mussels on top of the toasted bread, spooning some of the garlic butter sauce over them.
