🍝🐟 Sardine Spaghetti Breakfast 🐟🍝

 



Ingredients:

  • 200g Spaghetti
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 can Sardines in oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Boil a pot of water on the stove and add a pinch of sea salt.
  • Add 200g of spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  • While the spaghetti is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sautéed onions.
  • Add the can of sardines (including the oil) to the spaghetti and onions, and gently mix everything together.
  • Season with 1 teaspoon of sea salt, adjusting to taste, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  • Serve hot.
