Ingredients:
- 200g Spaghetti
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 can Sardines in oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water on the stove and add a pinch of sea salt.
- Add 200g of spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sautéed onions.
- Add the can of sardines (including the oil) to the spaghetti and onions, and gently mix everything together.
- Season with 1 teaspoon of sea salt, adjusting to taste, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot.
