🍝 Sardine Spaghetti 🍝

 


Ingredients:

  • 200g Spaghetti
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 can Sardines (in oil)

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Boil a pot of water and add 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
  • Add 200g of spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes).
  • While the spaghetti is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  • Add the sardines (with oil) to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes, breaking them up gently with a fork.
  • Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sardines and onions.
  • Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  • Serve hot.
