Ingredients:
- 200g Spaghetti
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 can Sardines (in oil)

Instructions:
- Boil a pot of water and add 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
- Add 200g of spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes).
- While the spaghetti is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion to the pan and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Add the sardines (with oil) to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes, breaking them up gently with a fork.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sardines and onions.
- Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Serve hot.
