Ingredients:
- 500g of ground beef
- 400g of ricotta cheese
- 200g of mozzarella cheese
- 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
- 200g of spinach
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, salt, and pepper, mixing well until blended.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked beef, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, and then a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
