Ingredients:

  • 500g of ground beef
  • 400g of ricotta cheese
  • 200g of mozzarella cheese
  • 100g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200g of spinach
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Baking dish
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until fully browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, spinach, salt, and pepper, mixing well until blended.
  • In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked beef, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, and then a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers, finishing with mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
